FDOT proposes the following improvements: • Addition of crosswalk • Addition of a concrete median to facilitate construction of the crosswalk The in-person public meeting will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the FDOT Urban Office Training Building located at 2198 Edison Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32204. The meeting will consist of an informal open house from 4:30 to 6 p.m. and a formal presentation and public comment period beginning at 6 p.m. The virtual public meeting will be held Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026.
