Summary

This amendment updates the Rule and incorporated forms to conform to statutory changes related to timely submission of initiative petitions and reporting related to initiative petitions, provide a procedure for a new statutory requirement for supervisors to deliver physical copies of initiative petitions to the Division, update contact information and statutory citations, and make other changes based on administrative experience.
