What this rule does
The proposed rule aims to update regulations related to all-terrain vehicles and utility terrain vehicles by creating exceptions to light visibility requirements for certain older vehicles and for individuals with medical exemptions. It also introduces new operating rules that prohibit the use and possession of intoxicants while operating these vehicles and allows for hand signals in addition to signal lamps.
