Text of proposed rule: Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Education Department under the subheading “New York State Higher Education Ser- vices Corporation,” by increasing the number of positions of DataAnalyst 2 from 2 to 3.
