No. CVS-39-26-00015-P PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Pro- cedureAct, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule: Proposed Action: Amendment ofAppendices 1 and 2 of Title 4 NYCRR. Statutory authority: Civil Service Law, section 6(1) Subject: Jurisdictional Classification. Purpose: To classify a position in the exempt class and to classify posi- tions in the non-competitive class. Text of proposed rule: Amend Appendix 1 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the exempt class, in the Executive Department under the subheading “Division of Criminal Justice Services,” by increas- ing the number of positions of Crime Analysis Center Director from 11 to 12; and Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Executive Department under the subheading “Division of Criminal Justice Services,” by increasing the number of positions of Crime Analyst 1 from 82 to 94, CrimeAnalyst 2 from 26 to 29, CrimeAnalyst 2 (Systems) from 11 to 12, and CrimeAnalyst 3 from 10 to 11.
