Statutory authority: Civil Service Law, section 6(1) Subject: Jurisdictional Classification. Purpose: To classify positions in the non-competitive class. Text of proposed rule: Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Executive Department under the subheading “Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs,” by adding thereto the positions of Quality Care Facility Review Specialist 3 and Quality Care Review Specialist 3 (Nursing) and by increasing the number of positions of øSupervising Investigator 2 (Justice Center) from 8 to 9.
