Statutory authority: Civil Service Law, section 6(1) Subject: Jurisdictional Classification. Purpose: To delete positions from and to classify a position in the non- competitive class. Text of proposed rule: Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Department of Labor, by deleting therefrom the positions of øAssistant Director of Labor Management Affairs (1), Coordinator of Education Development (1), Research Scientist 3 (4), Research Scientist 4 (2), Research Scientist 5 (1), Stores and Mail Operations Supervisor (1) and by increasing the number of positions of Equal Opportunity Specialist 1 from 5 to 6.
