Summary

The amendment removes passing scores for outdated versions of the TOEFL examination and includes minimum passing requirements for those taking the score after a January 21, 2026 alteration of the grading scale. The applications incorporated in these rules are also being amended to consolidate the pathways for application for single- and multi-state licenses and make other minor changes.
