Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on November 12, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Harrison Hall, Room 18, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of Attorney General for the State – Unclaimed Property Division (OAG) will hold a public hearing on adding, amending, and repealing rules at 10 IAC 1.5 concerning unclaimed property. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by OAG. All interested parties are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed amendments and additions. If OAG does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule. The public may attend the OAG meeting in person or join by the following methods: Copies of these rules are now on file at the Office of Attorney General for the State, Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, 5th Floor, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
