Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on November 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Yoho Conference Room, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) will hold a public hearing on repealing rules at 410 IAC 15-1.4-2.2, 410 IAC 15-2.4-2.2, and 410 IAC 27-6-2 concerning reportable events. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by IDOH. All interested parties are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed rule repeals. If IDOH does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule published in the Notice of First Public Comment Period. The public may attend the IDOH meeting in person or join electronically by: https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/240895870153550?p=GhzgooTo6ne6Y0hvpH Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Department of Health, Office of Legal Affairs, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
