Summary
The revised policy removes licensed practical nurses as service providers to comport with Title 42, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), section 440.70 and includes coverage of Family Home Health Aide Services to align with the intent and requirements of Chapter 2025-171, Laws of Florida (L.O.F.).
