Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on October 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South Conference Center, Conference Room No. 17 (Harrison Hall), 402 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Department of Child Services (DCS) will hold a public hearing on amending and readopting rules at 465 IAC 4-2 concerning the Title IV-E Guardianship Assistance Program and the state guardianship assistance program. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of readoption of the proposed rule with amendments by DCS. All interested parties are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed amendments. If DCS does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule published in the Notice of First Public Comment Period. The public may attend the DCS hearing in person or join by using Microsoft Teams and entering Meeting ID: 269 228 985 605 348 and Passcode: wn3cS7qo, or by entering the following in your computer's web browser: A copy of the rule is now on file at the Department of Child Services, 302 West Washington Street, Room E306, Indianapolis, Indiana and is open for public inspection and copying.
