Summary

Under the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101 3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules) the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of changes to the Pennsylvania THE WIZARD OF OZ TM GLINDA THE GOOD WITCH (''THE WIZARD OF OZ TM GLINDA THE GOOD WITCH'') instant lottery game rules that were published at 56 Pa.B. 5335 (August 8, 2026). The Pennsylvania Lottery intends to correct an error in section 10(c)(2) of the rules describing THE WIZARD OF OZ TM Second-Chance Drawing. The correct version of this document is as follows, with ellipses referring to the existing text as it appeared at 56 Pa.B. 5338: * * * * * 10. Second-Chance Drawing : The Pennsylvania Lottery's THE WIZARD OF OZ TM Second-Chance Drawing for qualifying instant lottery game tickets: * * * * * (c) Drawing description : * * * * * (2) The entry period for Qualifying Tickets will begin after 11:59:59 p.m. August 9, 2026, and will end at 11:59:59 p.m. October 8, 2026.
