Relevant content will be streamlined to provide greater clarity for applicants and members of the Iowa Veterans Home. 1. Classes of persons that will benefit from the proposed rulemaking: • Veterans and their families will benefit from having the most up-to-date criteria for admission to and residence at the Iowa Veterans Home, as will the staff. 2.
