Item 1 changes the requirements for the career and technical authorization as required in 2026 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2168. Item 2 removes the requirement for a baccalaureate degree for an athletic director authorization as required in 2026 Iowa Acts, House File 2724. Item 3 creates a new pathway for licensing people with experience in arts and sciences as directed in House File 2724. 1. Persons affected by the proposed rulemaking: Classes of persons that will bear the costs of the proposed rulemaking: • There are no known costs of this proposed rulemaking. Classes of persons that will benefit from the proposed rulemaking: • Iowans seeking licensure will benefit from this proposed rulemaking. 2.
