Summary

The proposed amendments update the Oklahoma Lottery Commission’s Problem Gambling Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program by replacing the fixed $600 prize threshold with the current year’s minimum reporting threshold established by the Federal Government. The amendments make corresponding revisions to the terms of the self-exclusion agreement and to Commission procedures for preventing enrolled individuals from collecting covered prizes. The amendments also make technical and clarifying changes to maintain consistency throughout the program rules.

The agency’s own summary, as published.
