The proposed amendments update the Oklahoma Lottery Commission’s retailer provisions by revising and adding definitions, clarifying retailer compensation and prize-payment provisions, updating the settlement and invoicing process for instant ticket packs, and revising banking and electronic funds transfer procedures. The amendments clarify the use of guaranteed low-end prizes in determining settlement of instant ticket packs, provide additional flexibility for retailers authorized to sell multiple packs of the same game, and update procedures applicable when a retailer has insufficient funds available for an electronic funds transfer. The amendments also make technical, grammatical, and clarifying changes to improve consistency and administration of the rules.
The agency’s own summary, as published.
