The Colorado Office of Combative Sports and the Colorado Combative Sports Commission will hold a Permanent Rulemaking Hearing on October 15, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (MDT), to allow stakeholders to testify before the Commission determines on proposed revisions to Rules 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.14, 1.15 and 1.17; and proposed new Rules 1.19 and 1.20. The purpose is to implement Colorado House Bill 26-1194 and to implement changes in applicable law, recognized medical standards, participant safety data, and developments in regulated combative sports.
