The Colorado Dental Board will hold a Rulemaking Hearing on October 29, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. (MDT), to allow stakeholders a final opportunity to testify before the Board decides on proposed revisions to Rule 1.33 – Administration of Immunizations and Rule 1.36 – Practice of Teledentistry; and proposed new Rule 1.34 – Administration of Neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers. The purpose is to implement Colorado Senate Bill 25-194 (CONCERNING THE CONTINUATION OF THE "DENTAL PRACTICE ACT") and to correct deficiencies in the incorporation by reference provisions and remove duplicative language.
