WSR 26-18-058 (26-18)WSR 26-18-058WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED RULESDEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE[Filed August 31, 2026, 10:59 a.m.]The department of commerce (commerce) is requesting to withdraw WSR 26-15-113 from its filing. The rule making creates a new section in chapter 365-25 WAC for the office of behavioral health consumer advocacy (OBHA) under commerce. OBHA promotes the interests, rights, and well-being of individuals receiving behavioral health services and addresses systemic issues affecting access to quality care for privately and publicly funded behavioral health services (including, without limitation, inpatient behavioral health services). The withdrawal is only for the CR-102 portion of the rule making. Commerce wants to provide more marketing and communications for the rule making to receive more public input on the program. A new CR-102 will be filed with a new public hearing date and comment period in the coming weeks. For questions, contact Amanda Hathaway, email amanda.hathaway@commerce.wa.gov.Amanda HathawayRules Coordinator
