Under the State Lottery Law (72 P.S. §§ 3761-101 3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 875.4 (relating to notice of terminal-based lottery game rules) the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following terminal-based lottery game: 1. Name : The name of the terminal-based lottery game is Powerball Xs & Os TM . The game will commence after 4:59:59 a.m. on September 8, 2026 and will continue until the Secretary publicly announces a suspension or termination date. 2. Definitions : The following words and phrases, when used in this notice, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (a) Agent or Licensed Lottery Retailer A person or entity authorized by the Lottery to sell Plays for the Powerball Xs & Os TM game. (b) Bet Slip or Play Slip An optically readable card printed on paper stock issued by the Lottery that a Player may use to make Play selections for the Powerball Xs & Os TM game. (c) Drawing The formal process of randomly selecting the Winning Team Logos for the Powerball Xs & Os TM game. (d) Drawing Officials The personnel authorized by the Selling Lotteries to conduct and ensure the integrity of the Drawings for the Powerball Xs & Os TM game. (e) Jackpot Prize The Prize awarded for matching all eight of the Player selected Team Logos with all eight of the Winning Team Logos selected in the Drawing. (f) MUSL The Multi-State Lottery Association. (g) Pari-Mutuel The division of the Jackpot Prize or a Set Prize by...
