What this rule does

The proposed rule amends the WAC 110-15-0075 to change how income eligibility and copayment amounts are determined for the Working Connection Child Care (WCCC) program, following recent legislative changes. It specifies the income thresholds for copayment amounts and outlines conditions under which copayments can be waived for certain eligible consumers.
