What this rule does

The proposed rule establishes a fee of $30.00 for checks that are dishonored, meaning they cannot be processed. If a dishonored check was submitted to renew a license, permit, or registration, that document becomes invalid until the full payment is made, and applications for licensure or certification will not be processed until the payment is settled.
