The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (board), under the general authority in 4 Pa.C.S. § 1202(b)(30) (relating to general and specific powers) and the specific authority in 4 Pa.C.S. § 13A02(1) and (2) (relating to regulatory authority) and § 13A03 (relating to temporary table game regulations), adopts the temporary regulations in §§ 617b.14, 617b.15, 633b.41 633b.52, 635b.4, 697.1 697.14, 698.1 698.5 and 699.1 699.5 to read as set forth in Annex A. Additionally, the board adopts the amendments to temporary table games regulations in § 633b.22 as set forth in Annex B. The board's temporary regulations will be added to Part VII (relating to Gaming Control Board) as part of Subpart K (relating to table games). Purpose of this Temporary Rulemaking This temporary rulemaking adds table games, side wagers and variations to existing games available for play in this Commonwealth. Explanation The regulations comprising this temporary rulemaking under Annex A add table games, variations and side wagers to those already authorized for play in this Commonwealth.
