RULE 11. EMERGENCY VEHICLE AUTHORIZATION The following rule is promulgated to establish the application, maintenance, and revocation procedures for an Authorized Emergency Vehicle designation for a privately owned vehicle. The requirements do not apply to fire department vehicles, police vehicles, ambulances, or other special-purpose vehicles that are publicly owned and operated by or for a governmental agency to protect and preserve life and property.
