Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on October 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Room 17 - Harrison Hall, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Division of Family Resources (DFR) will hold a public hearing on adding, amending, readopting, and repealing rules at 470 IAC 3-4.5, 470 IAC 3-4.6, and 470 IAC 3-18 concerning registered child care ministries, school age child care programs, and the Child Care and Development Fund provider eligibility standards. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by DFR. All interested parties are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed new rules and amendments. This notice is for the second of two (2) public hearings in which the public may comment on the proposed rule. Following the second public comment period and this public hearing, DFR may adopt a version of the proposed rule that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule published in the Notice of Second Public Comment Period. The public may attend the DFR meeting in person or join remotely by Zoom. The Zoom link is https://www.zoomgov.com/j/1652507907?pwd=Pzv24dwlzK5e6GDZQje9jfTXyWULRf.1.
