Daniels 321 East 12th Street Des Moines, Iowa 50319 Phone: 515.829.6021 Email: compliancerules@hhs.iowa.gov As part of the Executive Order 10 Red Tape Review process and pursuant to 2023 Iowa Acts, Senate File 514, regarding government realignment, the Department has moved relevant chapters from the legacy Department of Human Rights agency [421] to agency [441]. The Department consulted with the Department of Public Safety on Chapter 30 and it was determined that the information in this chapter is no longer needed. As such, the Department proposes to rescind this chapter and will not repromulgate it under agency [441]. Chapter 31 addresses the grant process for funds received through Title II of the federal Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act. Because the information in the chapter can be covered in the grant contracts themselves, this chapter is proposed to be rescinded and will not be repromulgated under agency [441]. 1.  Persons affected by the proposed rulemaking:    Classes of persons that will bear the costs of the proposed rulemaking: • There are no costs associated with this proposed rulemaking.    Classes of persons that will benefit from the proposed rulemaking: • No one will benefit from this proposed rulemaking, but neither will anyone be harmed. 875 Proposed Rule
