The Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Louisiana Gaming Control Board, in accordance with R.S. 27:15, R.S. 27:24, and the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, R.S. 49:950 et seq., hereby gives notice that it intends to amend LAC 42:III.304. The rule change allows for voluntary self-exclusion from casino gaming activities and sports wagering through entities approved by the Board and removes the requirement that a person admit to being a compulsive and/or problem gambler when requesting self-exclusion.
