Summary

The Board seeks to repeal 21 NCAC 56 .0608 because the education and experience requirements in subsection (a)(5) of the Rule will be in conflict with G.S. 89C-13(b)(1) effective on October 1, 2026 pursuant to Section 38A.1.(f) of SL 2026-41. Additionally, the application requirements to be certified as a surveyor intern are already located in 21 NCAC 56 .0602. Therefore, the rule is unnecessary. Comments may be submitted to: S.
