The proposed amendment to 158:1-1-1 is to provide the statutory authority; the proposed amendments to 158:1-1-2 are to clarify ALJ qualifications and accountability for required ethical conduct, update to reflect 2022 law creating the Civil Service and Human Capital Modernization Act at 62 O.S. § 34.301 and to reflect recent law changes due to SB1732 (2025); proposed amendments to 158:1-3-8 and 158:1-3-8 are necessary changes due to SB1732; proposed amendments to 158:1-5-2, 158:1-5-3, 158:1-5-13 and 158:1-5-17 are to clarify calculation of due dates; proposed amendments to 158:1-9-1 provides statutory authority; proposed amendments to 158:1-9-2 and 158:1-9-3 provide necessary changes due to recent law changes in HB2858 (2023) and HB1256 (2025).
