Order Per Curiam And Now , this 29th day of July, 2026, upon the recommendation of the Orphans' Court Procedural Rules Committee; the proposal having been published for public comment at 53 Pa.B. 5113 (August 19, 2023): It is Ordered pursuant to Article V, Section 10 of the Constitution of Pennsylvania that Rules 15.2, 15.7, 15.8, 15.9, 15.10, and 15.13 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Orphans' Court Procedure are amended and Rule 15.24 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Orphans' Court Procedure is adopted in the attached form. This Order shall be processed in accordance with Pa.R.J.A. 103(b) and shall be effective on October 1, 2026. Additions to the rules are shown in bold and are underlined.
