The Commission will hold a written comment-only rulemaking to consider the repeal of Part A of its Procedural Rules and revisions to Part B, Section VI.I. to clarify existing requirements, align the hearing notice requirements in the rule with what is required in § 25-7-119, C.R.S., eliminate obsolete language, create a hearing deadline waiver option, and address organizational and grammatical issues. The Commission will also consider revisions to the Procedural Rules and Regulation Number 10 to authorize the Division to review and possibly concur with all conformity determinations, and to ...
