The Fish and Boat Commission (Commission) took the following action with respect to a water subject to special fishing regulations under 58 Pa. Code Chapter 65 (relating to special fishing regulations), effective upon special publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin . A notice of proposed designation was published at 56 Pa.B. 3586 (June 13, 2026). The Commission received three public comments relating to this proposal: one supports the proposal and two oppose the proposal. Copies of public comments were provided to the commissioners. 58 Pa. Code § 65.5. Catch and release artificial lures only The Commission removed the following water from its list of catch and release artificial lures only waters regulated and managed under 58 Pa.
