21 NCAC 58A .1800s - Limited Nonresident Commercial License Amend these rules and adopt 21 NCAC 58A .1811 to: (1) rename 'Limited Nonresident Commercial License (LNCL)' to 'Limited Commercial License (LCL)'; (2) require LCLs to complete the same continuing education as North Carolina brokers; and (3) require LCLs to affiliate with a Broker-in-Charge rather than a resident broker.
