Allows pharmacists to prescribe and dispense emergency refills of insulin and associated insulin-related devices and supplies. <b>Defines "insulin" and "insulin-related devices and supplies." Prohibits person from receiving more than three emergency refills of insulin and insulin-related devices and supplies in calendar year.</b> Requires medical assistance programs and health benefit plans to reimburse for prescriptions made by pharmacists <b>and services provided by pharmacists related to prescriptions for emergency refills of insulin and insulin-related devices and supplies</b>.
