Beginning on the effective date of this 2021 act, the director shall waive the next annual renewal fee for all licenses provided for in the Liquor Control Act for businesses demonstrating that their total gross receipts from all sales during 2020 fell by fifty percent or more as reflected on the business's gross receipts tax returns.
To be eligible for a fee waiver, a business shall provide information requested by the director.
The taxation and revenue department shall provide verification of any information needed by the director to determine eligibility."»Sfl1»HCEDC SECTION 2.
