Plain-language change summary

The changes made to Senate Bill 7 involve the way penalties for the suspension of a driver's license are addressed. The revised version seems to clarify or reorganize sections related to nonresident driving privileges without altering the fundamental aspects of the penalties themselves. This is important as it can improve comprehension and enforcement of the law, ensuring that all drivers are clear about the consequences of their actions.
