What changed in the latest version
287 added · 369 removedPlain-language change summary
The updated version of Senate Bill 299 now focuses solely on requiring the Taxation and Revenue Department to create a special design for registration plates that indicates significant mobility limitations. The removed lines previously included provisions for creating a standardized registration plate for public purposes and specialized decals for supporters. This change simplifies the bill, allowing it to concentrate entirely on aiding individuals with mobility challenges, which is important for better accessibility and support for those in need.
