Plain-language change summary

The changes to House Bill 90 mainly involve the removal of a section that addressed appeals of decisions made by a county valuation protests board. This revision simplifies the process by focusing on the application for tax credits and the definition of tax fraud related to sales suppression software. This matters because it streamlines the legislation and clarifies the consequences of tax evasion, making it easier for the public to understand their tax responsibilities and potential legal repercussions.
