The latest version of HB 15 has updated the name of the tax credits from "2021 Sustainable Building Tax Credits" to "2015 Sustainable Building Tax Credit," clarifying their status and significance. Additionally, the deadline for completing construction or renovation projects to qualify for these credits has been set to April 1, 2023.
