14 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1.
APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand e t 17 dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the w l n d 18 local government division of the department of finance and = = 19 administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2021 to contract a l i a e r 20 with an appropriate organization to remove stray cows from the a t m m 21 Gila national forest.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance d r e 22 remaining at the end of fiscal year 2021 shall revert to the c e s k 23 general fund.
