Plain-language change summary

The amendment to HB 211 updated the fiscal year for which the $50,000 appropriation is intended from 2021 to the current fiscal year. Additionally, it clarified that the funds are specifically for security services at an international Native American cultural event in Santa Fe. This change is important because it aligns the funding with the current budget cycle, ensuring that the necessary security measures can be effectively planned and executed for the upcoming event.
