Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to SB 168 includes updates aimed at improving how youth services are coordinated and accessed in New Mexico. Notably, it clarifies the court venues for cases involving children and eligible adults, ensuring that proceedings can be held in various locations depending on the circumstances. It also extends payments for subsidized adoptions, which is crucial for supporting families who adopt.
