The latest version of House Bill 4 has added specific details about a new program called the Federally Impacted Location Support Program, which aims to provide annual grants to school districts and state-chartered charter schools that receive impact aid. The previous version mentioned this program, but the latest revision clarifies the purpose and structure of the fund that will support these grants. This change is important because it ensures that schools receiving federal support are clearly defined and assisted, which can enhance educational resources and stabilize funding for affected districts.
