Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to House Bill 263 clarifies the process for appointing and removing commissioners from the State Game Commission, and it establishes term limits for these positions. This change is important because it aims to ensure that the commission operates with consistent leadership while also preventing any individual from holding power for too long, which can help promote fair and effective management of state wildlife resources.
