Plain-language change summary

The amendments to Senate Bill 469 have removed some earlier lines regarding the declaration of "Chile Verde Rock" as the official state chile song. Importantly, the updated version now includes a clause specifying that the bill will take effect on July 1, 2019, only after the state acquires the song's ownership and copyright or a perpetual license for its use. This change is significant because it ensures that the designation of the song as a state symbol is contingent upon securing the necessary rights, which helps protect the interests of the song's creator.
