Plain-language change summary

The updated version of SB 533 now requires the State Game Commission to transfer approximately 13.39 acres of land in Dona Ana County to the State Parks Division for the Mesilla Valley Bosque State Park. Additionally, it removes a provision related to making an appropriation. This change simplifies the bill by focusing solely on the transfer of land, which is important for ensuring that the state park can effectively manage and utilize the area without unnecessary legislative hurdles.
