Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to Senate Bill 359 introduce clear rules for truck tractors attached to freight trailers, specifically setting a maximum speed limit for these vehicles and requiring them to use the right-hand lane on interstate highways. This change is important as it aims to improve safety on the roads by regulating the speed of larger vehicles and ensuring they are in the appropriate lane, thus reducing the risk of accidents. These adjustments help make highways safer for all drivers.
