The revised bill SB 177 now allows certain bingo licensees in New Mexico to offer pull-tab gaming without it needing to be part of a bingo event. This change is significant because it opens up additional revenue opportunities for organizations that run bingo games, potentially increasing funding for community activities. By declaring an emergency, the bill aims to implement these changes quickly, responding to a need for more flexible gaming options.
