Plain-language change summary

The amendment to House Bill 151 now allows minors who hold a commercial driver's license in New Mexico to deliver packaged alcoholic beverages. This change is significant because it opens up new job opportunities for young people while also ensuring that they are legally permitted to transport alcohol as part of their work. Previously, minors were restricted from entering licensed premises where alcohol is served, but this update acknowledges their ability to perform delivery tasks under certain conditions.
